With my birthday yesterday, I am beginning another year feeling strong and well and continuing to soak up the best life has to offer.
Birthdays are and should be joyous occasions to celebrate life. Each year we add on is another one that we have gotten to spend on this planet with our friends and loved ones.
I would love to see those joke cards about "another year older" morph into "I am so lucky to be another year older".
Here's to a 54th year of living it up!
